I've made a custom mesh/texture for an arrow in skyrim, really wanna use it but wen I use creation kit and add the arrow nif to it it always says 'could not find texture set for this' or something like tht and gives a list of locations within my skyrim folder saying it can't find those textures and I've checked over and over again and it's there and should work, the model looks fine in nifskope and the projectile does aswel. I've made the projectile in it and it works, so whenever I go I game and give myself the arrows, it has a blank purple daredric quiver( which I use as a model) and the arrows in my bow are purple aswel but as soon as I fire one, it goes legit and the texture is there, please help me ( forgot to mention I'm fairly noobish at ck a I've tinkered wif it and tried 2 make stuff but failed)!!!!

Either way the texture on the arrows looked gd but wernt legit cuz all I basically did was in blender, I got a dwarves arrow and pulled some stuff around but tht completely messed up the texture on the uv editor and I had to guess where each thing was and it was basically trial and error

here are the pics of the arrow + quiver in nifskope, arrow looks better ingame with the shinyglass_e cubemap texture accompanying it, just say if you want to try to make a mod using these, as long as you send me a link to it when it's finished and ask, ill send you the files (and if you want to, put me in the credits unless its a major mod and other people hav made far bigger and better contributers...)

Wait a second, is the problem within Textures, or on the mesh?

If it goes like this:

> Equip arrows

> Start shooting

> Player pulls the arrow, places it on bow string

- At this phase it's displaying the wrong version?

> Arrow starts flying

- Turns to right one?

If that's the case, you need to switch the arrow on Quiver mesh too.

However, I don't know how to do that, as you need to attach proper "bone" to it too.
