Body replacer mods and 'Havok Object' questions

Recommended Posts

I have a mod of patches to add player undressing to player homes, much improved with help from everyone in these two threads:
https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/8502938-script-works-but-can-it-be-better/

https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/8244443-access-variable-from-other-script/

In the posts on my mod's page there is a comment about body replacers using an invisible object called a 'havok object' or 'havok physics object' or something similar. I have googled and this object seems to be attached, variously, to slots, 48 or 50 or 52. It seems to be necessary for physics.

While I'm not particularly interested myself in huge mammaries bouncing as if in micro-gravity; nevetheless I would not wish my patches to deprive anyone else of such delights:)

So questions:

a) am I correct regarding said 'havok object'?

b) is such an object still used? - I have read oblique references to alternative means of achieveing physics that don't require an armour slot

c) are 48, 50, and 52 the only slots that have been used for such objects?

d) do these objects all have a common name/keyword that can be used to identify them in a slot?

e) is just NPCs that are given this object, or player characters too?

f) does the 'unequipall' function in scripts actually remove this object?

g) what would happen if an NPC or player were accidentally 're-equipped' with such an object if they still possessed one?

If the first two questions report 'no' then I probably don't have to worry, but in the event I do have to worry I need some upto-date info. I may pm the individual body replacer mod authors, but this seemed a good place to start.

I only wish I had as much help to give others on this forum as I have received so far:)
