Nightingale Gloves and Boots Enchantment Change

Hello everyone.

I wanted to ask if a mod that changes the Gloves' "Lockpicking is %25 easier" to "Bows do %25 more damage" while keeping "One handed weapons do %25 more damage" could be made?
And also one that adds "carrying capacity increased by 45 points" to Boots while keeping the "wearer is muffled and moves silently" enchantment?

If this could be done by console commands without needing mods, please let me know.
Otherwise, I'd appreciate any efforts for a mod.

Thanks for reading, have a great day and a great life.

Help, anyone?

How about this. Use the console command to get the maximum perks in enchanting (this will allow you to place two enchantments on any item). Get one of the many mods that will allow you to craft unenchanted nightingale armor and then, using a black or a grand soul, put the two enchantments on the item. Finally, you can remove the enchanting perk if having it otherwise doesn't suit you.

Thank you for answering, but as it turns out, if I typed "Nightingale" into Nexus and did some searching, I would find what I wanted without the need of a topic.

"Enhanced Nightingale Armor", gives "Bows do %25 more damage" to Gloves and "Carrying capacity increased by 50 points" to Boots, while keeping Boots' "Muffle", and Gloves' "One handed attacks do %25 more damage" and "Lockpicking is %25 easier" (which is kinda nice, since I have a 100 Lockpick but no perks invested in its skill tree).

"Stamina regenerates %40 faster" for Boots sounds a bit too OP, but I already had a ring with the same effect, so I don't think there will be any problems since I'll sell the ring.

I'll be using Guild Master's Armor, so Nightingale Armor's "%45 Resistance to Fire, Shock and Frost" is no matter, and only hood I wear is Volsung, so I won't be using the Nightingale Hood too.

Once again, I thank MFitz56 for answering, and everyone else who took their time to read.
Have a great day and a great life everyone.
