Is there a camera mod that follows your character after changing it?

Hello modders, thank you for all your hardwork. Ive been using IGCSInjector for camera controls, it works great but when I disable the camera, it goes back to the default over the shoulder view,

 

I was wondering if theres a mod where the camera permamently stays as a default after adjusting the camera

 

I was aiming for a bulletwitch camera angle like around the wast and it looks like this
