About ENB's, how does one install it without the bug?

Recommended Posts

Hey so I'm new to the whole modding scene for Fallout 3 and I was wondering why each time I install the enb for this game it never works. I've tried everything from the steps I have to take and searched it up and none of them fix my issue. If any of you out there can help me I would really appreciate it.

Ok M48A5 I got what the error is. Its this one labeled 0xc000001d dll error. After I install the enb binary I see if it works in my game. Problem is that error message comes up and I cant even launch the game with that d3d9.dll. It just doesn't work. So what I am asking is am I missing a step when installing the enb binary or do enb not work at all. Please help

As M48A5, has sort of stated the problem correctly. ENB's are going to be problematic from the " get go " and here is why?

1. You have a specific system and some will and some will * NOT * work, no matter what you do!

2. Your video card may NOT like the ENB specific tweeks.

... Ram - Processor and such.

... They can actually slow the FPS rate down and / or mess up the color mapping.

Bottom Line - We would NOT be able to help you, because we have to have A LOT of specifics that simply cannot be supplied and / or seen on a forum like this. Sorry, screen captures just do not give the same data as real time visuals do.

You and only you will have to use, what I call the P.I.T.A. protocol of " Hunt and peck " to find * YOUR * answer on this.

I am not trying to make this sound ' harsh ', but I've seen / read enough ENB posts to know, sometimes they are JUST NOT WORTH IT.
