Don't start your ref names with numerical characters.

The script parser seems to assume that any object starting with a numerical character is a form ID, so it won't let you call a function on it using the reference syntax (reference.function). Starting all reference names with a letter instead avoids this problem.

         setStage 00F 10

 

If you are using 00F as a form ID for a quest then you should know that is actually the form ID for bottlecaps. If you are using 00F as an editor ID for a quest I think it would be better to use something else.

 

          
         00RaiderDoor1.Disable
         00RaiderDoor2.Disable

 

You've probably already done this, but it doesn't hurt to confirm: Do these references exist in a cell or worldspace and have they been given their editor IDs?
