Thor.
I also can't install the latest 100I series as i found out, even with the 2 back 120mm fans. its to much of a tight fit, so the one i mentioned is the best choice, especially for a crossfire setup, very snug indeed. Already i barely have room, but this is my only option. see forum bellow, i am not alone. http://www.overclock...antec-1200-case So final decision is the 80 series. One neat thing is i don't need to add solar paste to the chip itself, it already comes with it pre installed on the back plate.certainly saves me allot of time. http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/thumbsup.gif Edited December 15, 2012 by Thor. hoofhearted4
you wouldnt want to add paste with the Hydrp series anyways. the H80 and H100 come with Shin Etsu paste, arguably the best stuff on the market. i can confirm if they new "i" series kept the paste same paste, but i would imagine it did. Thor.
http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/biggrin.gif Its going to built just before Christmas time, if not later this weak. So glad i bought the H80 series, allot of good reviews about it. http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/thumbsup.gif aI might use the original antec fans, they say the corsair fans are quite loud , they are interchangeable 120mm fans i hope. All you have to do is remove a small black cable and fit iit inside the original Antec fans that came with it, i think they are universal?? Because i like the blue leds http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/biggrin.gif Edited December 18, 2012 by Thor.

Thor.
No they didn't have the model in store and even the site itself didn't have it, plus i had to get that particular model for the case.. hoofhearted4
No they didn't have the model in store and even the site itself didn't have it, plus i had to get that particular model for the case..the H80 and H80i are no different in terms of what it would fit into. both are 120mm Rads. if you cant get it then you cant get it, but the H80i is just plain better. much better software, integrated into the pump itself. with the H80, you have to take your side panel off just to change fan speed. on top of that, the H80i has full LED which can be customized in many many different ways. small things but well worth it. plus the stock fans on the H80i are Very good. and at stock, the H80i is cooler then the H80. the contact plate is slightly different and better, and the tubing is different and better. these small changes plus the fans, make the H80i several degrees cooler then the H80 at stock. plus, as i said, the better integrated software/fan controller
Thor.
Its to late now, I already bought it http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif I get impatient when it comes to stuff like this http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif It maay be in every way better, all i want it to do its job, really i don't care if the leds aren't controllable through software. I just care if it keeps it cool or not.. Besides i already have to many leds already, any other colour then blue would seem out of place. Edited December 19, 2012 by Thor. Dan3345
Thor if you can return it I would strongly recommend it. I totally understand the values of impatience, but there is a significant difference in cooling performance and overall quality between the H80 and the H80I. On top of the better cooling performance the H80I is exactly the same physical footprint as the H80. Edit: 1,700th post WOOT!
