Empire faction IDs

Does anybody know the IDs of the empire factions, in order to declare war/peace on them through the console?

I tried

 

western_empire

western_e
empire
empire_west
w_empire

 

and am running out of ideas.

Hey. I know it is 2 weeks earlier but I wanna write If anyone search for same. It is simply westernempire (others; northernempire and southernempire). However declare_peace and declare_war commands not working.
