Uploading content from another author without permission.

 

Stop Nobles From Escaping was an upload of Prevent Escape 1.0 by Aberro with a modified archive format. Which was allowed by the original, open permissions.

 

Aberro made his objections known to you, but you chose to keep the mod in place.

 

Aberro uploaded v1.1 of Prevent Escape 08 Apr 2020, 11:26AM

As a result of his objections Aberro updated his permissions on 08 Apr 2020, 12:35PM

You then downloaded v1.1 at 8 April 2020, 4:24 pm when the new permissions were in effective.

You made some minor modifications to the Submodule.xml and re-uploaded it to your own page at 08 Apr 2020, 7:23PM

 

Further to this you also reduced the size and font of the credits to Aberro on your description page to make it illegible.

 

As you downloaded the new version of the mod after the permissions change you are subject to those terms for re-uploading.
