Problem with MoveTo command

I used the MoveTo command to move the player to a specific marker and when it teleports the player the player can't move at all. I haven't disabled the player controls or anything like that. I also tested it out in a different area but it seems like this is the only area it does it in. Please help if you know what is causing this.

Your marker is likely positioned such that the player is spawning clipped into a static of some sort.

type tcl into the console if you can then move you have a clipping issue.
