General ENB setting problem

Recommended Posts

Hey, not sure if this is under the right section. But every enb setting i try to use has this weird hazy/foggy overlay look to it, kinda making the game look washed out. Everything else from the enb seems to work great. but for some reason i just can't get it to look like everyone's screen shots. Some screenshots i've noticed has the same foggy look as mine, but I would like to try to fix it. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I'd really like some help.

I set the right skyrimpref.ini settings and everything, not sure what i'm missing.

This is kinda what I'm talking about, a foggy hazy look.

Is is suppose to look like this? because this is how it is 90% of the time, with most of the enb settings i've tried.

That looks good - but you need to pay attention to the depth of field settings - that's why it blurs in the background, supposed to do that :D

after you get used to it you wont want to have anything else bro not at all - check out settings by "the wilds" that's luna's stuff I use enb too

Thanks for the response, but its not the dof, I'm happy with the dof, its just this washed out overlay thats on everything, the image doesn't look very clear. Idk maybe I should keep trying different enb's. or its just something I need to get used to.

@Jasmerd

Here's a quick screenshot i took of your settings

Here

Looks great, but it actually looks different in game, you can kinda see it here, but it still have that foggy/hazzy overlay, it just seems to take out the clarity of the image at times. When the sun is completely out it seems to go away, but i'm not sure, is this how yours looks too?

But the foggy effect is way stronger in game it seems.

I'm expecting it to look like this

but It doesn't.

EDIT: If you look at the rest of my gallery Here You can see some of my older pictures are running an enb, and don't have that washed out look i'm trying to explain. But even now that same enb profile does the same thing.
