StormWolf01
Heyas Fab!Not a prob, sorry that some of it kinda came off as a rant. It was more at bethesda than anything else, lol.Ok, as far as testing for scripts. When you did the test, did you do it on an existing save, or on a new one? I'm asking, because the way Beth games work, those scripts bake into the savegames. So testing it without them on a current playthrough is actually really harmful to your savegame, cuz the scripts are baked in, and now orphaned. Just thought of something else. One thing that causes me to have stutters. It's audio. Like some of the sound effects for when the sprite pops up from a perk, like during combat...particularly a kill. Especially the sound effect for when the caps spray out all over the place, and...Grrrrr.... that HEE HEE HEE.In my case it might be because I'm running generic audio drivers tho. Those hiccups I can most definitely understand. Particularly in combat when you're trying to throw a grenade, or the hiccup lags out a shot that you're trying to take. (Ack, I typo'd that "O" with an "I" in "shot" that was pretty funny!) Nick really shouldnt be a problem as far as sounds go. Unless you're using a mod that increases the textures for his skin, or have him wearing an outfit that's been retextured, or a custom weapon. In your video card settings, do you have any kind of Vsync going on? If so, maybe disable that. Do you have any kind of framerate capping going on? FabS7AR
Hey, yeah Ive tested the things on the same save-file. Ive uninstalled Boston FPS Fix and PANPC, didnt know that could make it worse . Ive reinstalled them and didnt notice any bad changes yet, but well see, maybe Im f***ed more than before now .. Vsync is set to application-controlled. Load Accelerator makes it go to off when the game is on loading screen so at loading screen I have 350 fps and ingame I have mostly constant 60, besides the hickups. kennhardy77
I had the same issue few days ago, I had stutter, lags which I hadn't before. I disabled v-sync in game, and enabled it Nvidia Control Panel, it worked for me.

I disabled v-sync in game, and enabled it Nvidia Control Panel, it worked for me.The problem is, I cant really turn off or change vsync because Load Accelerator needs it to be at application-controlled as far as I understand. And if I deactivate Load Accelerator loading areas takes like forever, its probably the most important mod Ive installed. So playing around with vsync is not really an option for me. StormWolf01
Sorry I haven't been on the forums for a few days to keep up on this.So here's something that I am wondering. What are some of the other games that you have? Some games, that include anti-cheat countermeasures (particularly League of Legend and especially Valorant) run KERNEL level anti-cheat algorythms, which does NOT limit them to just the game they were intended for, and can (Especially in the case of Valorant) extend the software into literally Everything the computer does. Which, it's proven to cause issues with other games, such as what you've described. I'm not gonna get into "that" particular discussion about how bad this kind of thing is for these companies to be installing into our computers. But yeah, that might be something else for you to check into, to see if any of your other games include this kind of stuff.
FabS7AR
Games Im running so far are Sekiro, Resident Evil Remake 2, RDR2, Jedi: Fallen Order, Wolcen, DQ11 and so on And with none of them I had problems with those random hickups, I dont know which of them have Anti-Cheat. I mean the weird thing is I could play Fallout 4 for a long time without having these mini-freezes (or whatever you want to call them) Ive tried so much things already and nothing fixed it :(, really annoying. FabS7AR
So Ive tested around a little bit the last days and verified game files over Steam for example. It surprisingly found 4 damaged files and replaced them, but the problem still persists, so it didnt help with the fps-drops. Ive noticed that the GPU-usage is dropping at the same time when the fps drop happens. It drops from 50% usage to 20% or something.Like I said, I dont have that problem in other games with higher system requirements even if i play for hours. So I guess its not the GPU. If no one else haves an idea Ill uninstall the game and play something else. Im open for some last suggestions from you guys.
