Mod removed - questions on restoring it

One of my Skyrim mods (SkyComplete) was removed a few months back, apparently due to some missing credits/permissions on the mod page. Two questions:

 

Where can I get an explanation of what exactly needs to be added/updated in order to get the page back up? I understand that it relates to credit/permission issues, but I'm not sure what exactly the issue is. I'm happy to make any necessary changes, but want to make sure I'm on the same page as the admins.

 

And, once I'm ready to update the page, how do I do that? The mod doesn't show up in my user profile anymore.

Hi kefka. I have been trying to get a hold of you about porting your mod over and people were telling me that the page was removed. Now I see why. Have you gotten any response back from a moderator yet? Please keep me updated on this thread or the PM i sent you a few weeks back. Thanks
