Please remind me if I'm forgetting something...

Last year, I installed Oblivion and some mods after much reading and time. Having recently reformatted my computer, I need to do it again, and I am hoping someone can remind if I'm forgetting anything.

Basic tools:

  • BOSS
  • OBMM
  • OBSE
  • TES4Edit
  • Wrye Bash

Basic procedure:

  1. Use BOSS to sort load order.
  2. Clean your mods using TES4Edit
  3. Make bashed patch

My mods

Installed using Wrye Bash:

  • Unofficial Oblivion patch
  • Unofficial Offical Mods patch
  • Unofficial Shiving Isles patch
  • SM Plugin Refurbish
  • OOO
  • Enchanced Economy
  • (Level Rates Modified or Fundament to speed-up OOO?)

Installed using Oblivion Mod Manager

  • DarkUI DarN
  • HGEC Body
  • RealisticLeveling

I seem to recall that I installed some mods with OMM because that seemed to be the "preferred" way to install those particular mods (e.g. they are packed as OMODs).

Questions

  • Is mod "cleaning" using TES4Edit still recommended?
  • Based on the information given above, am I forgetting anything?
