Game crashes if I walk near the museum AKA project purity

Hey all,

 

After the Enclave take over Project purity I have been unable to take that route to Rivet city. Once I walk past Dukov's Place heading towards Rivet city it will CTD also heading from Rivet city towards Dukov's Place it will crash. How ever if I take the metro tunnels and go the long way around it works fine and can access Rivet city.

 

I was able to walk past there no issue before the enclave took over now it just crashes.

 

Other then this, my game works perfectly fine.

Does anyone have any idea?

Things I've tried so far,

 

Installed the unofficial patch

Used a merged patch

There is a patch for the crashing around Rivet City and I believe it is caused by the Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch. Also, Unofficial Fallout3 Patch.esm is loaded too high in your load order. Move it down below the dlc's .esm.

Do you have link for the patch to the crashing around rivet city a all? Also I installed the Unofficial patch AFTER this started happening to see if it would fix it.

Did you change the location of Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm?
