What is the issue with this crap, it took me 10 minutes to log in thanks to reCatchpa asking me over and over to click on pictures. This is unacceptable. I paid for a lifetime membership and I would like to use it without having to give Google catchpa training data when I log in.

if you don't want to see the captcha, then fix up your privacy settings so that you see it once, and once only. ain't no-one else's fault you can't see a bus in a picture.

Okay, I just started having this issue too, and it just started and it's totally RANDOM as to when it " hits " and not.

 

Mind sharing where you " change this "?

Actually I did a search and yes and no, to your answer.

. o O ( The problem with canned answers. As I've shared with others. Make sure you read the can's instruction before opening. )

 

In my case, it's being called for at NEXUS and only NEXUS. I double checked and double cleaned everything and NO I do not have a virus ... PANDA double checked it for me. I'm clean.

 

The Tech at PANDA stated, he too suddenly has the same issue with NEXUS. BTW - this only happens on NEXUS and no other board I'm on and only started about a month ago and only when I'm in Private Message.

 

Not sure now what the issue is, 2/b honest?

I say this with extreme care and caution as I want to acknowledge you are an ADMIN.

 

Why does the CAPTCHA only pop up for me in NEXUS PRIVATE MESSAGE?

 

It does not happen with any other site - postings and such, even on NEXUS. This only happens with NEXUS PM.

 

Again, I'm trying to be a P.I.T.A. but the " answer " does not seem " fit ", but I did check it out three times now.

 

As I also stated, I did check my Google Chrome Settings ( Good ) - Even cleared out Cache and such.

 

ADDED: I forgot to add:

* The CAPTCHA only comes up when I'm trying to respond to a PM.

* It does not come up when I start a new one - only when I want to answer a response.

* IF I answer it by starting a NEW PM .. then no CAPTCHA is there.

For PM's it's a little different, if you send very log PMs containing lots of file names and/or code symbols it may trigger the reCaptcha as CloudFlare considers it potentially malicious. I've only seen it once in my experience though.

In both cases ( recently ) - Someone accepted me as a friend and I sent the initial PM - " THANKS! " .... they responded with a fun question and I tried to respond and Captcha came up and simply put I could not respond. I would have to send a NEW PM, to answer.

 

Only 2 names - Mine and the other person. Simple " Thanks " and " small talk ".

 

I do know my computer is clean .. so Virus is not an issue at all. Plus as stated, it's only happening here on Nexus and only in PM's trying to respond back.

I'm afraid I don't know what would cause that. I would say try the steps in the troubleshooting article. If CloudFlare detects something out of the ordinary it show a prompt, so there may be something in your config that is triggering it.
