FOV Locked

A fairly simple problem that I can't seem to find the solution for. My FOV is locked in place (default 75). I go into the console to change it, and it does show the fov changing... until i go out of the console, then it goes back to normal.

I could've sworn that Darnified UI (which I have) locks my fov at 75, but I tried uninstalling it and it still doesn't work.

I have been sifting through my mods, and I cannot imagine what other mod I have that may do this. If you know how to fix the solution, or may know what mod it is (just start blurting out random ones that may do this XD don't worry about if I have that certain mod or not), please let me know, and thank you very much for helping :)

 

Edit: Even changing Oblivion ini file's fov to what I desire, it still changes back to the original fov of 75

That's just the way FOV works from the console.
