Paid with PayPal but still received payment processor declined error

I just purchased a 1 month non-recurring membership through this site with PayPal, but I received an error about my payment details being declined by the payment processor. PayPal already sent me a receipt of "£2.99 GBP to Black Tree Gaming Limited", and they've marked the transaction as completed. I can provide proof if needed.

 

I still don't have the premium membership on here. Can someone help me with this?
