As far as i'm aware the answer is "NO" sadly, there isn't official support from Hello Games for modding on the PC. We have a MOD folder but they give us no tools whatsoever. We rely on monkeyman192 to give us the tool to decompile the files just to Mod on PC. I don't understand HG's supporting Mods but not giving the tools to do so, if anyone has an answer to this confusing issue please let me know and explain it in a manner that would make sense.
