CTD only with newly created save games?

I been running skyrim with around 120 mods for a few months and everything was working fine. A week ago i installed the new RCRN, everything was fine. Today i decided i wanted to try Project Tamriel. So i made a clean save, uninstalled RCRN and installed Project Tamriel. I loaded my game and everything was good. I played for a little while and i made a new save and quit the game. Next time i try to run my last save game i get CTD. I went to my original clean save before i installed Project Tamriel and it loaded fine, any save i made after that gives me CTD when i load them after quitting the game. I can load them fine when i just made them but when i quit the game and come back they give me CTD. I tried uninstalling Project Tamriel and it did not fix it, i installed RCRN as well and it did not solve my problem. Anyone has any suggestions?

Looks like you answered your own question.

No, returning to the original state before the change of mods still corrupts newly made saves. I can load the clean save fine but not the next saves i make.

Just some suggestions:

(1) - Could you try to start a new game to see if the problem is isolated in one character or in the whole game

(2) - If problem continues in new game, try backing up mods, and re install skyrim

(3) - If problem does not continue in new game, then the probable issue is leftover scripts.

(4) - If it is probably leftover scripts, do you have a save before the first clean save you made before uninstalling RCRN?

That's all I can think of for now. Is there anybody who could verify my logic, I am not very experienced with the game engine, although I do know my way around computers.

Please posts your results if you do decide to try my ideas out.

Thanks, that helped me with the troubleshooting. I managed to fix the problem, script related i am sure but not exactly sure what was it:

If you are interested of what happened here it goes:

New saves (new character) worked just fine, same with old saves of other characters. Skyrim managed to load one of those newly made saves (at this point not even the original save could be loaded) and as soon as i moved the mouse it crashed but it gave me a papyrus log and skse log. I realized i had forgotten to update a mod (smart souls) when my skyrim updated. I also noticed a lot of crap coming from more hotkeys please. After updating smart souls i decided to give it a try, this time i did not press any key or moved the mouse, it would not crash i waited a lil bit then started to move and no crash. After that new saves work fine so i am guessing MHP needed time to load a script or something i am not sure.

I wish there were some sort of scrip garbage collector.
