Trouble with an NPC Mod

As usual, im having problems with my NEXT project. I followed some guide in making a custom follower. Had no problems with her, and she's currently in my little party atm. So i decided to make a 2nd custom follower, and having issues.

 

I was trying to develop an NPC that would attack anyone. Even civilians. So i set her to 'frenzied'. I figured, she'll prolly attack any civilian that she spawns next to. So i figured if i spawn her out in the wilderness beyond the walls, she wont attack anyone. And i figured i'd set her directly straight ahead from the front gate so i can find her. Well, this is where my problems started. I spent a couple hours loading, reloading, and searching the wilderness for her. No avail. I eventually started moving her closer and closer to whiterun, to the point i pretty much put her in the moat between the front gate and Adrianna's Blacksmith spot. Lucky me, as i entered the gates. She was there. Unlucky me, she made a beeline straight towards me. She didnt attack anyone else, only me. Naturally, trying to attack me, she aggroed my 3 party members, Adrianna, and a guard or 2. She didnt last long. But she's still broken. Which brings me here asking for help.

 

Does anyone know of any script or anything i can do to set her up so she'll be a normal follower and not pick fights with ANYONE (unless they're hostile, let alone me), yet at the same time, will be willing to attack ANYONE if i order her to? Currently, my party members wont attack fellow followers. I want to set her up so she'll be willing to attack another follower. That'll guarantee that she'll attack anyone i want.
