Locations labels on the map?

I don't know how I got them, but my first installation of Skyrim had labels for every Skyrim location on the map. I had to install Skyrim from scratch and since then, I don't get labels on the map anymore. If I hover the mouse cursor over an icon, the name of the location pops up with large fonts. If I need to fast travel to some location, I don't have other solution than to walk the mouse over the icons until I find where I need to go. I suspect those many labels showing the name of every location were added by some mod I've installed, but if that's the case, I don't know which one. Or maybe there is some ini variable that can add them? Many thanks for any help I can get!

Probably a bat file. I have one of those I like to use (if I'm roleplaying someone more familiar with Skyrim).
