Simple (i hope) request for a vanilla clothing restyle / retexture

Would it be possible for someone to take the duct tape from the face, hands and feet from the Nuka World Operator training dummies, and make them into wearable clothes equippable by the player, companions and settlers?

 

In essence what i'm asking for is, a lower face mask, which looks like the tape on the Operator traing dummies, as well as the tape to go on the hands and feet slots
