Pferdehammel
Hello,I'm new here and it was a complicated start. But slowly i began to understand the things and now im playing with lots of mods and fun :)But i've got one question..How do i make an update? For example the "Enhanced Blood Textures" Mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/60) .I downloaded the mod via skyrim mod manager and installed it.Then i saw it got an Dawnguard update and downloaded it too.But now i got 2 seperate files in my mod manager folder. It says would you like to update , i click yes but only one from the two files is marked (that it's activated).http://www7.pic-upload.de/19.12.12/z1suap6sz6d.pngSorry for my bad english and thanks for answers :SGreetings
Hickory
When applying an 'update' in NMM, do not say 'Yes' when it asks. It is very unintuitive, and should be addressed, but what it is actually doing is assuming you want to 'replace' the currently installed mod. This is more complicated than it sounds, though, because of the way certain mods are built, maintained, and updated. Rule of thumb: if it's a new version, uninstall the old one first, or tell NMM you want to update. If, on the other hand, it is just an 'update', do NOT tell NMM you want to update. Confusing? Yes, it is.

Hickory
And when its just an fix which needs the main data file? :O I already said: "If, on the other hand, it is just an 'update', do NOT tell NMM you want to update." A fix is the same as an update.
