My group 2 is NOT archers. I can't play sieges because I can't command my troops. I know there is F6, but there are many issues with AI pathing that makes that just not work for me. I can't tell my archers to fire because I simply no longer have a group of only archers. I can't tell my infantry to charge because a 3rd of it is archers. I tested this as well with only the Developer Console mod on, so it isn't a mod thing. This example only shows 3 groups. You all may have seen others where your troops are split into 6 groups, because the game makes smaller groups for ladders, siege towers, etc. This would be fine, if it took all the troops from say, infantry. Instead it jumbles all troops. A way to possibly fix this with a mod is to start sieges with the AI not controlling your groups. I think the problem is that when you start with AI controlling your groups, and even if you take command right away, in that short time the AI has transferred troops around to use the siege equipment and screws up the groups.
