Snowzilla 2012

Oh boy. First very large snowfall in about 2 years for this area. They are talking anywhere from 6-12 inches (20-30cm I think?) in my area. Windy as heck too (25-30mph 40mph gusts), so they are considering this a blizzard. It's 2:30am at the moment and 3 inches have already fallen. The winds just started to pick up...

They cancelled all the schools and social events yesterday before the storm even started. The governor even declared a state of emergency. Guess everyone wanted to be prepped for this. All the cities in my area declared snow emergencies. Pretty shocked, my stupid city waits until the last second to do anything...

If anyone else is stuck in this storm like me..stay safe, please don't travel, and stay warm. It's gonna be ugly today...

We kind of have the same thing here. Really strong wind, but not as much snow. We have maybe a little over 3 inches. And it is COLD outside.

My brothers got out of school (surprising to me since it always seems like our school never closed even though its got a lot of people who live on back roads trying to get to it). Actually we were called at 6:00am to tell that it was closed.

Well, Snowzilla passed, now the East Coast gets to suffer :P We got 10" total after it all stopped late last night. Now it's flipping cold and windy out...will be a pain to shovel and plow the remainder.

We have snow today, and really stroong winds, but i have a feeling it might melt again soon, knowing how wacky the temp fluctuation and stuff, one day ot could be -12 and the next 8 above http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/blink.gif
