mightypocketcow
So, after completing Take It Back, I know Broken Steel is supposed to load after the cutscene... except it brings me to the credits. Do I have my load order wrong, or a mod that would mess with this? Please help! M48A5
I have never seen a load mess like that and the game still run. Nothing is to load before Fallout3.esm. After that you can load the DLCs in this order: Anchorage ThePitt BrokenSteel PointLookout Zeta Mods with more than one plugin should have the plugin for the DLCs in the same order. Are you using Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch? You probably need Custom Race Endings Broken Steel Override. Get it here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6240 It only needs to run until BrokenSteel starts. You can then disable and uninstall it. jjb54
Try Getting LOOT .. as M48A5 stated, your load order is seriously wrong.
M48A5
If you want to have a usable game, do not ever use LOOT to sort Fallout 3. It has never provided a workable load order. Any mod sorting tool that places compatibility patches before the mod being patched does not work correctly. It does not follow the mod authors guidelines when sorting their mods. The authors of LOOT are aware of the problem, but do not care to correct it.
jjb54
I have used LOOT for: Fallout 3 > No ProblemsFallout NV > No ProblemsFallout 4 > No ProblemsSkyrim LE > No Problems ( before SE was released. )Skyrim SE > No Problems In fact LOOT fixed 4 mods that I was having issues with Fallout 3. I have the MAX amount of MODS also. Basically I'm saying - Do NOT write it " OFF " ....
