Can I set FOSE to look for oblivion.exe instead?

I'm dealing with the HDR flickering problem that seems to be an issue with the atimgpud.dll file. Specifically, I'm getting this:

I've found that if I rename atimgpud.dll the problem goes away, however this removes something from the game and causes the game to inevitably crash at some point, usually after a few hours of play. I read somewhere that renaming Fallout3.exe to oblivion.exe fixes the problem, and when I tried it it worked perfectly. Unfortunately this means that FOSE no longer works as it's looking for Fallout3.exe. Is there a way I can edit FOSE or find an edited file that would look to open oblivion.exe instead?

Curious. I suppose you could try the Oblivion Script Extender.

OBSE doesn't work with Fallout 3.
