[LE] Need help on multiple conditions

hi guys,

 

I want a perk to boost 3 skills leveling. Do I need OR or AND because I am no longer sure how it processes.

You will need "AND" if you want all 3 to be conditions to acquire your perk.

 

I'm assuming that's what you're asking but be aware that as it is, what you're doing is only conditioning your new perk (meaning, that perk can only be acquired IF all these values equal one), you're not boosting any of these values from what I can see here.

Thanks but actually what I needed was OR, because either, when I use a skill, if AND it will check it to be part of all three in same time. I tested both solutions and was OR
