I used to have a mod like that, i think it was this one http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4555 but it is blocked at the moment. it would also be cool if the shadow animation only happens if you are not being seen.

Why disenchant doesn't work on that ? It's Daedric Artifact. One does not simply "Disenchant" powerful artifact blessed by Daedric Prince.
