SLIMMERTHANJIM Posted April 25, 2020 Share Posted April 25, 2020 Okay so I'm super new to modding fallout 4 and I was wondering if i can get some tips about doing so. My idea was modding the vanilla vault suit by adding vanilla armor pieces to it. Not too difficult, right? I looked all over the internet for an answer but no dice. So what tools do I need to go through with this without any hiccups? So far I have the Creation Kit, Fo4Edit and the Outfit Studio. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So far I have the Creation Kit, Fo4Edit and the Outfit Studio. That is all you need. Go Outfit Studio, add the armor you like to your Vault Suit and export the .nif. Go CK, make a new ArmorAddon with your new .nif. Make a new Armor with this AA. Do I export the new .nif to the vanilla vault suit .nif? Or do I make a new one. EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out.
