Bought Premium, downloads now slow down and stop...

Title says it all, never had this issue before buying premium and all downloads went at a smooth 2mb/s...

 

In the US, Washington state

 

here are the results of a ping test:

obviously some packet loss happening, no idea why. next is the download i was trying to make:

finally i tried downloading a sample file... and it worked! no issues what so ever! very confusing.

I really would like some help because right now i regret spending any money.

Bumping because I still can't download any files... either through MO2 or manual downloads... if I try a manual download it gives me a network error, even though my connection is fine. Super frustrating.

Is this the support forum? The webpage for download troublrshooting told me to post here.

You're in the right place, and will probably receive personal assistance when the staff returns Monday morning.

 

Meanwhile, there are a few other things you might want to try if you haven't already -

Log out and back in.

Clear your browser cache.

Disable browser add-ons/plugins, and/or try using different browsers.

Make sure you have the latest version of the mod manager you're using. You might also want to check its support forum to see if anyone is reporting similar issues.

Thanks for the reply, I've tried using a different browser and logging in and out of MO2 multiple times, still didnt work. Makes sense they wont be working on the weekend lol, sorry for the angry post

Did you try any of the other Premium servers when downloading manually? You can do so from the buttons on the right in the download popup.

 

In the US we have Chicago, Miami and Los Angles to choose from.
