Bought Premium, downloads now slow down and stop...

Title says it all, never had this issue before buying premium and all downloads went at a smooth 2mb/s...

 

In the US, Washington state

 

here are the results of a ping test:

obviously some packet loss happening, no idea why. next is the download i was trying to make:
finally i tried downloading a sample file... and it worked! no issues what so ever! very confusing.
I really would like some help because right now i regret spending any money.
Edit: forgot to include the error in MO2 that I see when the download fails:

You're in the right place, and will probably receive personal assistance when the staff returns Monday morning.

 

Meanwhile, there are a few other things you might want to try if you haven't already -

Log out and back in.

Clear your browser cache.

Disable browser add-ons/plugins, and/or try using different browsers.

Make sure you have the latest version of the mod manager you're using. You might also want to check its support forum to see if anyone is reporting similar issues.
