TrickyVein
Well now. I think it's only fair that one of Bethesda's beloved characters should have to pull up his roots and move somewhere else for Fallout 4 just like Harold moved from Gecko or wherever he was to the Capital Wasteland for Fallout 3.

Guest deleted2159825
I came across this link while lurking at RPGCodex. Granted, it's Reddit, but still... I'm intrigued. Money quote:"Bethesda has no plans to reinvent the leveling up system to make it more like Skyrim and want to make Fallout 4 more distinct from Skyrim since of the complaints that Oblivion and Fallout 3 were too similar. Bethesda is thinking about introducing a system, similar to Skyrim, where your skills can level up if you perform certain tasks." There are contradictory statements, but I want to believe that FO4 will not be "streamlined" into a mindless, middling, shooter bereft of RPG features. We can hope. TrickyVein
It does make one wonder about how Intelligence affects skill points and what this means for leveling up, at least as we know it. Has anyone tried out Practice Makes Perfect? Thought I would with a new character - I think a system like this could work.
mrqiv1122
Where do you think the next Fallout will take place? I am guessing San Francisco maybe.Fallout 4 won't be in San Francisco, it's just a fan made trailer, rumor is it will be in Boston . But I wish still there will be some elements from F1 and F2 . Fatalmasterpiece
Still say Detroit, Chicago or New york. Deserts are boring.
