primem0ver
I have merged a lot of mods using the Merge Plugins tool. However, I have never tried merging mods with FNIS animations. Does anyone know if this will work? I know I can try it myself and see but since I am putting together an entire new mod list (switching to SSE), I figured I would ask just in case since it will be a bit of time before I merge them. GGUNIT
Converting mods into ESPFE also saves space and doesn't prevent you from later modifications/updates. And it's damn quickier. If something went wrong, just convert it back, problem solved. XEdit or Wrye Bash are telling you which one can be converted too, it also saves times. NikiRandom
Do you mean the actual animation esp's? I merge all those together in zMerge and afik it hasn't caused any problems.

Yeah, I suppose that could work too. Wasn't aware that would work.

Yeah, I suppose that could work too. Wasn't aware that would work. He is talking about ESPFE, which is the "ESL-fied" version of a standard esp. The difference is that true ESL files load in "ESL" space which is above your load order (leading to load order issues if they cannot be lowered to the correct position). A quick check in xEdit and a quick click of a button allows them to be in the ESL space, but load appropriately.
