ntblood
The issue went away for a bit only to return.Setting iMultiSample and iMaxAnisotropic settings in FalloutPrefs.INI both to 0 or back to their default values, 8 and 15 respectively didn't help. Turning off Anti Aliasing, Transparency MultiSampling, and Shadows through the normal game launcher options also doesn't help resolve the flickering/flashing of the entire screen to dark for a split second, every second. As strange as it sounds, for quite awhile the screen wasn't starting to go dark every second, but the sky and my player character's android white body was flashing bright for a split second. So the behavior changed a bit. Now the whole screen goes dark for a split second, every second about. I've googled this issue and I can't find anything. I have ENBoost installed and this flickering happens whether it's installed or not. Disabling the most recently installed mods doesn't fix it.My CPU (Intel 8 Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz) and the graphics card are new, nVidia RTX 2080 Super w 8GB VRamAny advice would be greatly appreciated.ThanksPS. not that it should matter to this issue (maybe?).. my pip-boy light stopped turning on. M48A5
Making changes to the FalloutPrefs.ini has no effect on the game. The game reads the Fallout.ini located in the My Documents\My Games folder.
ntblood
Is that still the case when you launch the game (NVSE) through MO? I wonder if making some change in there could help (?) I'll try it out.
