New to Mods : Special Edition Skyrim

I am trying to change my "preference" to an Adult setting. I can not find this on the Vortex or Nexus sites. I am sure I am missing something, but i want to load a clothing Mod and it ask me to load 2 prefious Mods first. I guess one of them are "adult" orentated and needs me to change the Preferences to be okay to download. Where do I find this? I did not see Tools or settings? Thanks for the help. Loading mods with Vortex is very nice after you get you first one down.

Go to Nexus mods side of the site.

Click on your avatar in the upper right corner.

drop down menu appears, click on "site preferences".

click on "content blocking"

under "Content" click on "Show adult content"
