I can not download anything from nexus mods

I restarted my computer

i tried in normal chrome

i tried in chrome igcognito

i tried in micorosoft edge

i tried in firefox

 

when i click on download manually it does nothing. i can only download manual mods not ones for mod managers

That sounds like you don't have your NXM links set up properly. In Vortex there is a switch in Settings -> Download that you can toggle off and on which may fix your problem.
