Official Add on+Mod Help (Crashes)

Hi, I searched a long time to find an answer and while a lot of these topics have been helpful, nothing truly addressed my situation. So here is whats up.

Got a level 43 character and have been using lots of mods (15-20) ranging anywhere from SKyUi, to quality maps, to curvacious female bodies, UFO, Project Reality, Quickstart, Natural Rain,Static Mesh Improvement Mod, Unofficial Skyrim Patch, wet and cold, enthusiasts tweak, improved rock/mountain texture, enhanced blood, enhanced distance terrain, dramatic clouds, detailed faces v2, better dialogue controls, better message box controls, glowing ore veins, realistic smoke and embers, realistic lighting w/customization, lush grass, FXAA Injector Preset. All mods are up to date.

So surprisingly all of that works ok. There is some lag and every once in a while (maybe about 2-3 hours) I might have a game freeze that forces me to task manager my way out, but it is completely playable and I consider each hour with the game a blessing.

My issue has little to do with the actual mods performances (I believe nearly all work, if some don't I do not mind), but rather its assumed affects on my installed add ons. I installed 1.77.06 version (forget the exact number) with dawnguard and I also installed hearthfire. Both did not work (game runs fine, but there is no dawnguard quest to be found and I cannot purchase land from the steward at Falkreath which I am thane of). I tried various suggested "load orders" on Nexus Mod manager (typically dawnguard.esp, update, hearthfire, etc..) with no different results.

I later installed the latest update (1.8.05 or something, update 11) and tried reinstalling both the add ons to no luck.

After searching forums countlessly, the best solution seemed to be the bEnableFileSelection=1 fix. While it does enable "Data files," when I run skyrim (tried with no .esp's selected, some, all, nearly every combination of checked files) the game gets to the menu and then crashes aout 2-3 seconds into loading my saved game. THis happens every time.

I will throw out the fact that I torrented the game and everything with it. Honestly, I after encountering this problem I had full intentions of just purchasing the game to not deal with this horseshit. The reason I have not is because when I tried to do a clean install (obviously I backed up the game folder that "works") I realised that my save files were "corrupted" or "modified" by the mods I had used. I understand that in theory, if I do a clean install then install all my previous mods, my game should work. Unfortunately I'd rather not spend the time troubleshooting if there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I ask this forum to see if others are having similar problems and/or have solutions.
