Premium download speed not even near my max download speed

I paid for premium thinking it would improve my speeds from the 2MB/s cap but it slightly increased it to 2.8MB/s nowhere even close to my max of roughly 30MB/s. I feel insanely ripped off right now. It isn't just a temporary slow down since its been doing this for more than a day. I understand the servers might be slowed down since the virus and all but this is a joke. Its barely faster than not paying and not worth the money whatsoever. I've tried manual downloads and same thing happens. This isn't on my side since every single other download on my PC works just fine. I also tried every single one of there servers and every single one of them is abysmal except the Chicago one which gives me the aforementioned 2.8MB/s.

TL;DR, do not bother buying premium right now it barely speeds up downloads

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Have you tried downloading from a different server?

 

This is very likely to be a localised problem somewhere between your PC and our servers.
