CTD when fast travel, using carts and COC code

I use SKSE, Hialgo and Script Dragon.

 

Here is BOSS (yes, dirty mods I know, but this was a fresh vanilla reset and it was happening before with all the mods cleaned too)

 

I can manually travel to destinations fine, its only when I try use fast travel, carts and COC code do I have this issue. I have NO idea what is causing this at all. Here is my load order, I'm nearly ready to give up..

 

Note, I did what boss told me to do about ASIS as well and unchecked those things and ran the patcher with the skyre ai thing disabled.

Such type of CTD usually happens when you run a mod with navmesh UDRs in external cells. You have several mods that change external cells in your load order (markarth_plus, whiterunexenhanced and etc).

 

I would check them with TES5Edit against UDRs by using the pop-up menu option “Undelete or Disable References”. Even though the Edit can’t clean navmesh UDRs automatically, it will report about them. After that you have a choice to try to clean dirty mods manually or deactivate them and to check the CTD in the game again.
