DragonBlame
Hello!I have your premium membership, but the download speed for mods is still very slow. At first I have downloaded mods through MO2, I have tried anything to configure it, but without any luck, the speed was approximately 1 MB/s. Then I tried to manually download some mods, but the speed is the same. Have also tried an option, which you can see at the second screenshot. Still no result. Please, help me with this issue. Update. Was doing other things and started to ping your server for the data to send to you. Like you can see, everything just stopped working. Have tried to download a big mod, it has reacted accordingly - the download's precent wasn't moving from place.Update 2. After some time managed to get one package. I live in Latvia, my IP is 95.68.84.69, link - https://prague-premium.nexus-cdn.com/1704/18115/Voices%20EN%20%20-%20Part%202-18115-0-1.7z?md5=aL-2ON4Q5DbbArI31TRs7Q&expires=1588460172&user_id=5318642&rip=95.68.84.69 I haven't capped my downloading speeds or something like that. I wasn't downloading or using much data for something else, while trying to download those mods.

DragonBlame
Update 3. Have found out that if the file is big, only then the speed is low. When the file is small, it is being downloaded at 10MB/s and finally that thing about speed has appeared in MO2 settings after downloading small file.https://imgur.com/a/lzIAbcg
BigBizkit
Update 3. Have found out that if the file is big, only then the speed is low. When the file is small, it is being downloaded at 10MB/s and finally that thing about speed has appeared in MO2 settings after downloading small file.https://imgur.com/a/lzIAbcgThat would be because smaller files up to 500MB are served via our CDN for Premium users. Is it only Prague that's slow for you? Have you tried any of the other servers?
DragonBlame
Yes, I have tried all of them, except American servers, of course. Prague is the closest one to Latvia, so I hoped it would work the best. At each one the speed was almost the same - approximately 1MB/s.
BigBizkit
Thanks for following through the trouble shooting steps so far! It's our best shot to find out if the issue is anything that we can help with.Could you please do the following: 1. Please run a trace route to prague.nexus-cdn.com and provide the full output* 2. Please confirm the download of this file is slow - http://prague.nexus-cdn.com/100M3. Please let us know what speed you get from http://amsterdam.nexus-cdn.com/100M4. If this is any better, then please provide a traceroute to amsterdam.nexus-cdn.com *To run a trace route: Open command prompt and type in "tracert prague.nexus-cdn.com" (or "amsterdam.nexus-cdn.com" respectively). DragonBlame
https://imgur.com/a/XPBRCwSOverall it was approximately 1MB/s at all times like I said, but the speed was always "jumping" from KB/s to 1,1MB/s to 1MB/s... https://imgur.com/a/oYa6R5eFunny, but through Amsterdam it was almost always 1.3MB/s. Not exactly much more better, but at least the speed was almost constant.

Pickysaurus
We spoke on Discord just now, but we've reported a few problems like this to our hosting providers and they say the issue should be fixed. Can you try again?
