Plasma/Laser weapon mod

I would like to see a charge up feature on some of the laser or plasma weapons,

like holding down the trigger (mouse button if you prefer) and being able to let

loose a more powerful single shot (with a cool down effect for balance of course)

 

an example would be the plasma pistol from the halo games

Or how bout even farther back with Marathon Zeus class Energy weaponry style charging? Charge it too much it goes off like a bomb in your hands BOOM! :bomb_ie:

this should be possible... guns have a delay before they will fire a bullet and the minigun has a warmup sound before it starts fireing.

I dont know if its possible to make it single shot thou.
