But seriously I really need your help.. So I have a square monitor (4:3 aspect ratio), and I want to play my Skyrim SE with 1280:720 resolution in my 4:3 monitor. My only reason is because I have this mod called "Ordinator" (some perk tree overhauls mod), but having issue with the perk description which are going out of the screen (i mean like the description got cut off by the side of the screen). I already use Extended UI but still it's a no go. I know it's suck to have this monitor to play recent games, but it's the only monitor I have. So my plan is to change the resolution to 1280:720 (or 1280:800) so I could read the entire perk description. And my problem is this: Somehow game screen just fill 2/3 of my monitor from topside, I mean I was expecting it to be in the center and some black bars on top & bottom. I could check the Fullscreen setting but of course with 1280:720 resolution and this monitor it's gonna strech. And yes i need those black bars as long as it fills the screen.
