CTD During Helgen intro

Fresh install of skyrim, only thing I have installed are the Unofficial Patches. With or without them running upon starting a new game, I CTD right at the point before they park the cart in helgen. I am at a complete LOSS here. Also, I can't seem to find info on this, but can mods corrupt the main game files? I say new install but I did not re-download the huge main files of the game, I deleted everything in my data folder except those and verified cache. I figured that would be fine but now I'm wondering if they are corrupted. This what my log says upon attempting a new game

Well the first line says a file is missing, even though the error comes later, that could still be the issue. Since your only at the intro scene, I suggest you just uninstall and reinstall.
