Skyrim Insane Spell Costs

Hello fellas.First of all I'm new here so forgive me if I posted in the wrong thread.My problem with Skyrim is after I installed the 1.8.151.0 patch I can't fast travel.And that's not the troubling point.The most troubling point is spell costs are insanely high.Like For a lesser ward I need 1292 magicka.It even wants magicka for powers.For example I'm an imperial and to cast Voice of the emperor I need 7272 magicka.Even the most basic spells are like this.Like Flames wants 900 magicka per second.Before you ask yes my game is modded.Yes I've tried uninstalling them all but didn't work.Yes I've tried opening a new game but no good.And I've tried going back to 1.7.7.0 but this time the game didn't launch.What should I do? Well it's definitely a mod issue, no doubt, the update didn't make powers cost magicka.

If reverting didn't work, and uninstalling your mods didn't work, then you may just be out of luck and stuck with a corrupted save.

If you have a save from before you updated, then you can revert the update back to when there was no issue, and then load the save from then. If you don't - well there's not much you can do about it.

 

If you are successfully able to revert back to 1.7.7.0 and load an old save without any issues, but would like to update, you can try to uninstall the mod causing this while in 1.7.7.0 and then try to update.

 

(side note, what mod are you using? I feel like this happened to me once but I can't recall what mod caused it)
