Weird Red and white screen during character creation

Hi, I just purchased GOTY addition for Pc after playing on The PS3 previously because I want to add mods. I installed all my Mods using NMM. The game launched fine, but now during character creation I cant see my character, There is a weird red and white overlay or something. I linked a picture.

The red and white overlay is also in the intro sequence and later if I enter third person i cant see my character. Its just a red diamond thing

That's a missing head or body mesh. Something didn't get installed correctly.

And that something is most likely Project Beauty.

 

Disable Project Beauty and all it's plugins and compatibility patches and check to see if that "solved" it. If it does, you didn't install Project Beauty correctly.

 

Your load order could use some tuning up too by the way. As an example: Weather/lighting changing mods such as Fellout and Enhanced Weather are best placed as low as possible in your load order.
