Fomm don't work

I'm trying to use Fomm with the download version of the nexus and with the updated version but when I try to use it is an error message with this crashdump.txt:

maybe it's a compatibility problem with windows 8? anyone know anything about this or can help me to solve this problem?

If you want to download through it then use NMM http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/modmanager/ FOMM is horribly broken when it comes to Vegas, I only keep it around for the tools that come with it.
