Wulybugher Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 I bought Fallout 3 Game of The Year and it will not launch.I looked around at nexus and ran into the term ENB.Don't know what that is.Will anybody educate me?

jjb54 Posted May 19, 2020 Posted May 19, 2020 Rule #1 - When a game does not initially launch, turn off all MODS and Remove all ENB's. If the game launches and works ... than the problem is a mod - enb that you have that is not compatible for various reasons. ... A. Mod conflicts with another mod?... B. Mod has requirements that you do not have? As a rule - stay away from ENB's, 2/b honest. They are more problematic than not.
Homesweetvault Posted May 19, 2020 Posted May 19, 2020 You might need to download Games for Windows Live files that were common in 2008 but no one has anymore. You just need to download the files not make an account
