harvengure Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 Getting once again back into Oblivion, I am going through all of my mods and realize I have quite a few mods that effect character looks but to be honest I have no idea where these things might be overlapping or whatnot. Generally your cosmetics mods only affect the hair and head, which would make it compatible with any body mod. It's when you get specialty races involved (which come in some cosmetic mods) that you may have to worry about compatibility with body mods. If you mean shoulder clipping, that's just an issue with the long hairstyles in general. I think it's only wigs (equippable hair) that can get around this problem. If you're talking about the hair floating above the head or scalp poke through, most likely the hair was made for a specific head model and has been assigned to one that it doesn't fit. For example, if you use the Japanese version of Beautiful People every hair style is assigned to every race. Human hair won't fit a Khajiit or an Argonian or an Orc, so there is floating hair and gaps. That's why in my cosmetic mod I tried to not assign hairs to races if they did that. It just looks weird.
