Lagging game play and Crashing when loading saves

I installed FO4 about six montha ago and it ran great. No problems at all. Decided to get the Creation Kit from Beth..

 

After downloading the CK, I now get lagging, pausing, static-y sound [occasionally] and saves that will not load when enabling mods in the ini files. With or without mods installed. When I disable the mods compatibility in the ini the game runs fine. WTF?

 

I have used all ini file optimizers [like bethini], but any changes were worse, not better.

 

I have reinstalled the game, updated all the files I can and have run out of ideas. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried LOOT?

Uninstall CK, makes sense and if modders would stop using it as well, it would prob solve a lot of problem, I noticed sometimes when I download a mod one of the requirements are CK, to bad. Use Loot and FO4Edit to clean some of them up.
